Journey to the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula with our Ras Mohammed National Park by Bus tour, widely celebrated as a journey to one of the most beautiful marine sanctuaries on Earth. Operating daily during all months of the year, this immersive 7-hour excursion welcomes nature lovers aged 2 and up, making it a highly accessible and educational day trip for the entire family. To ensure an intimate group dynamic and plenty of personalized attention from your guide, availability is strictly limited to 10 participants per tour. Situated roughly 20 kilometers south of Sharm El Sheikh, Ras Mohammed sits at the exact geographical meeting point of the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba, creating a unique marine environment where you can experience world-class snorkeling on both sides of the peninsula.

Your eco-adventure begins at 8:30 AM with a pickup from your Sharm El Sheikh hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned bus, followed by a scenic 30-minute drive down the coast. Upon entering the protected boundaries of the national park, your first stop brings you to the Gulf of Suez side for a spectacular one-hour guided snorkeling session along the massive coral reef formations. Next, you will board the bus to visit the park’s ancient mangrove area. Here, you will observe rare mangrove trees that thrive in saltwater and oxygen-poor soil, filtering out salt to create a vital shoreline ecosystem. The journey continues to the famous Magic Lake, often called the Lake of Wishes. Connected naturally to the Red Sea, this mystical lagoon features high salt levels and shifting colors; here, you will shed your snorkeling mask and enjoy a relaxing 20-minute swim in its calm, warm waters.

The second half of your day takes you to the Gulf of Aqaba side for a second, distinctly different snorkeling stop, where you can marvel at deeper reef drop-offs and vast schools of tropical fish. Afterward, your guide will lead you up a short flight of stone steps—built to resemble the historic steps of Mount Moses. At the top of this panoramic viewpoint, a free high-powered telescope allows you to gaze across the entire expanse of the protected reserve, the lush mangrove forests, and all the way to the Hadaba district of western Sharm El Sheikh. To round out this perfect day in nature, you will enjoy a satisfying lunch served right on the beach along with complimentary soft drinks before boarding your air-conditioned transport to arrive back at your hotel by 16:00.
