Experience the ultimate Middle Eastern pilgrimage with our epic 2-Day Jerusalem & Petra Expedition. Operating during all months of the year, this monumental multi-border tour is designed for travelers aged 2 and up who want to witness the defining historical, religious, and architectural wonders of both Israel and Jordan. To manage complex international border logistics, ferry and land transits, and dual-country guiding seamlessly, the tour runs with a stable group capacity of up to 45 participants. Traveling by air-conditioned coach, you will journey from the shores of the Red Sea to the ancient streets of Jerusalem and the hidden canyons of Petra.

Your adventure begins with a 3-hour evening drive from Sharm El Sheikh to the border town of Taba, where you will cross into Eilat on foot. Day one kicks off with a drive through the scenic Arava Valley to the Dead Sea—the lowest point on earth at over 400 meters below sea level. Enjoy 1 to 1.5 hours floating in the therapeutic, mineral-dense waters and exploring local natural skin-care boutiques. Next, ascend through the Judean Desert, passing Jericho and the historic Qumran site, to arrive in Jerusalem. Take in a panoramic view from the Mount of Olives before entering the Old City to stand before the historic Wailing Wall, walk the Via Dolorosa (Way of Suffering), and explore the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem for an open-buffet lunch and a visit to the iconic Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. In the evening, cross the southern border into Aqaba, Jordan, for your hotel check-in and dinner.

On day two, after breakfast at your hotel, you will travel inland to the legendary lost city of Petra. Your guided walking tour begins by winding through the Siq—a dramatic, natural sandstone gorge over 1 kilometer long that kept the city hidden for centuries. As the canyon opens, you will come face-to-face with the breathtaking Treasury (Al-Khazneh), masterfully carved directly into the pink sandstone cliffside in the 1st century BC. Your English-speaking guide will lead you past the ancient Nabatean irrigation channels to explore the massive Roman-style theater and the monumental Royal Tombs. After discovering the engineering marvels of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will enjoy a traditional Jordanian lunch. The tour concludes with a drive back to Aqaba, followed by an assisted border crossing back through Eilat to Taba, returning you safely to your Sharm El Sheikh resort.
